Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with any original tags and packaging included.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@doubletake.style with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

Email us your order number and the item(s).

Get instructions
We will reply with return directions and the return address.

Ship it back
Pack the item safely. Keep your tracking info until the return is processed.

Refund processed
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, email us and we will help coordinate an exchange if inventory is available. Because we produce in small runs, exchange availability may be limited.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos and we will make it right.

Fair use: We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations, or returns initiated outside the return window.
